Welcome to the Channel Island Liquor Company’s new Spirit Development Lab.

Think of it like Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory run by Hunter S. Thompson… This is the R&D section of the business, affectionally known amongst our staff as the South Pier Alchochemistry Research Facility. Here, is where we develop, test and taste all manner of ingredients and spirits. From liqueurs to bitters to different ways to age spirits, the Spirit Development Lab gives an insight on what happens behind closed doors when we’re not producing the Wheadon’s Gins or
Indica Rums that we’re known for.
