Welcome to the Vivier Bunker Distillery, where history and craftsmanship collide in the heart of Guernsey! Housed in a fascinating World War II-era German bunker, our distillery is the home of Wheadon’s Gin and the Channel Islands Liquor Company. Step inside and experience the bold flavours of our premium Gin, Vodka, and Rum, available to try in our cozy shop. While we’re not yet offering formal tasting sessions (watch this space), everyone is welcome to come and explore our range of spirits, alongside a selection of local Guernsey-made products. The Vivier Bunker itself has a rich history as it was once used to house fuel during the WW2 and later as a storage space for fish, hence its name. Situated just opposite St Peter Port’s Fisherman’s Quay, this is a truly unique spot to enjoy a taste of Guernsey.
